These are four day courses and the next is running on the 12th November to the 15th November 2018.
The course is intended for anyone who wants to be creative and is suitable for complete beginners and for those who have some previous experience. Silk painting is a very inspiring medium with beautiful effects easily created in a short space of time. The transparency of the silk and the vibrancy of the paints make it a very joyful medium to use.
Every participant will create their own original sun catcher and mounted composition to take home with them as well as numerous samples.
The cost of the course is £410 per person including all your materials. The cost of the accommodation is at a special rate for the holiday and consists of the following:
£60 Bed and Breakfast or £70 Dinner bed and breakfast per night single occupancy. £100 Bed and breakfast or £120 Dinner, bed and breakfast for a double room.

H’Artworks Gallery is situated in an old converted Methodist Chapel and benefits from full length chapel windows and lots of natural light.

Watercolour painting also benefits from the transparency of the medium and Anne will guide you step by step though the basics of colour mixing and brush control so you grow in confidence rapidly. Concentrating on the beautiful local landscape you will produce a variety of paintings incorporating different brush strokes, washes and textural effects for maximum creative impact.
The whole course is flexible and fun designed to be relaxing and entertaining. The teaching is very person centred so everyone reaches their full potential. All materials are included within the price of the course. You are welcome to bring any favourite brushes, etc with you but everything is provided.
